Newfoundland’s public donations hit the bartender

This one is no surprise - if you know how much Canadian Newfies love to drink.
A majority of public donations to poliitical candidates seems to have gone to the local bar to buy drinks for those candidates and their friends.
I guess they didn’t think these funds would get tracked, but Attorney General John Noseworthy (what any amazingly accurate name, eh?) has uncovered this scandal, and it looks like it will net dozens of political figures on “the rock”.
Newfoundland still remains the friendliest damn place I have ever seen.
