Oscar de la Hoya is seeking a legal injunction to stop those revealing photos from being published, saying they are elaborate photoshop mockups, and not real.

It seems to be confirmed - the Oscar de la Hoya fishnet photos may indeed be real.  Now, there’s nothing wrong with wearing fishnet and wearing high heels, at least in most states.  But it seems to cause a problem when the lens is zoomed out, and everyone starts to get a bigger picture of what went down in fishnet land.

The fishnet, high heels and smile might just be for fun, but the location (a hotel room), the spread eagle poses (do me, baby), and the the photographer - the awesome beauty named Lara Spencer. His friend Lara would make any guy in fishnet smile, don’t ya think?

Meow…Katie Couric has a catfight on her hands.  The super cute little reporter has raised the ire of independent bloggers from around the world after a scathingly nasty email was sent from CBS Headquarters that insults everyone worldwide, saying they don’t know anything (basically).  I guess even CBS has idiots on staff.

You might recall poor Dan Rather got his little ass kicked after bloggers removed the covers on his little inconsistent piece of reality.  Dan is now busy with his lawsuit against CBS.

Meanwhile, Katie, cute as a button, is still in Iraq, and I hope she is taking cover! I’d sure hate to see that cute butt kicked!

Vanessa Williams, the delicious Miss America who lost her Miss America cherry crown, after naked photos showed up in Penthouse, predicts that our beloved Vanessa Hudgens will live to see fame again.

We agree.  After all, just because Disney was horrified to discover Ms. Hudgens has a vagina, the rest of the world is a little less naive.

And we are sure the world would love to be teased entertained a little more by the highly talented Vanessa Hudgens.

Michael Drake, the chancellor dude at the University of California (Irvine) made a big mistake.  He hired Erwin Chemerinsky to be dean of the law school.

But goddamn it, Erwin is smart, respected, and gets a lot of his comments quoted and published.

That means Erwin Chemerinsky is smart and “leading edge.”  And Michael Drake will not stand for an intelligent guy at his school, so Erwin Chemerinsky has been fired.

You can just see the scene…two men sitting around a table with scotch on the rocks, where Michael leans over and says “so Erwin, are ya a Catholic or a Protestant?“…

Bill Belichick has been fined a record amount for his videotaping antics of the opposing team’s signals. He doesn’t seem to give a shit. “Let’s move on”, he said.
